In the context of combating crime of all kinds, the Bureau of Investigation and Arrest has carried out a number of successful security operations.

The Bureau of Investigation and Arrest apprehended a number of lawbreakers and perpetrators of crimes.

• Two people were arrested for promoting homemade liquor in the Al-Intisar neighborhood on Airport Road, and more than 50 liters of liquor were seized.
• Two people were arrested for promoting hashish in the Hadba area, estimated at more than 3 kilograms.
• Two people were arrested for promoting locally made liquor in the Hadba project area.
• Two women were caught in the act of stealing from clothing stores.
• Arrest of a person stealing foreign labor in the Hadba area.
• The arrest of a person impersonating a businessman for defrauding the clients of the Jumhouria Bank – Al-Suraim; there are 8 pending fraud cases against him.
• Two people were arrested for raping a young man at gunpoint.

All the arrested were referred to the Public Prosecution to take the necessary measures against them.
