The Stability Support Apparatus celebrated another significant achievement today with the graduation of its third cohort of non-commissioned officers at the Specialised Training Institute, demonstrating our continued commitment to building a professional security force for Libya.
The esteemed Deputy Head for Public Affairs, Brigadier General Musa Masmos, led the ceremonies alongside distinguished guests including Director of the Apparatus Affairs Office, Brigadier General Abdul Salam Al-Masoudi, and the Head of the Internal Security Service. Department directors, senior officials, and proud family members joined in commemorating this important occasion.
Graduates showcased their exceptional training through an impressive display of military precision and tactical expertise. The demonstration highlighted the comprehensive security sciences curriculum and advanced training programmes that form the cornerstone of our educational framework.
