Referring to the case of the assassination of “Tariq Al-Kout” in 2018, whose body was unearthed among the mass grave in the city of Tarhuna, south of the capital Tripoli, the investigation found that he had been kidnapped and tortured, leading to his death.

Our team and experts in co-ordination with the 444 Brigade, were able to apprehend one of the participants in the incident called (A.A.A.), where the witnesses recognised him and admitted that he was one of those who tortured and murdered the victims.

The necessary legal action was taken and, on 8th Dec 2022, he was referred to the Office of the Attorney General.
